Who’s ready to leave 2020 and CRUSH 2021?! Fitness/Boxing Instructor, Richard Sharp wants to partner with you to get there through group fitness including creative upper and lower body routines! His group fitness programs will adapt to any level as they are challenging, fun, full of cardio/fitness and will leave you wanting more.
Introductory sessions will go for 2 weeks beginning the week of December 8th in the afternoons at UBC (14707 Sussex Dr. Orlando, FL 32826). Instructor Bio: Richard Sharp
Rich has been in the fitness and martial arts industry for many years. He started boxing at a very young age trained by his grandfather, professional boxer Raul “El Zurdo” Aristeiguieta. This is where he felt in love with the sport and the fitness lifestyle. He went on to have an undefeated amateur and exhibition carrier abroad. As he emerged in the fighting world, he got a rounded background in multiple martial arts. The one he chose, or chose him rather, was Krav Maga. This is an Israelí martial art developed by, and for, their special forces. Taught by the great instructor Jean-Jacques of I am elite Krav Maga Brickell, instructor Sharp climbed to become chief instructor and made him somewhat of a personality in realms of Brickell fitness. When Title boxing opened their doors in Brickell, Coach Sharp got invited to participate in tryouts for the position of coach for the gym where he beat out over 25 people for a spot in the coaching staff. Right away he was a favorite among management owners and of course club members who voted him trainer of the year 2018. Coach Sharp has a passion for teaching and training is unmatched. He thrives on adopting his clients goals as his own and crushing them! As he says, he’s in the business of building warriors and unveiling the great potential inside all of us
